Contracts unlock access
HGM validates provider confirmation and returns a signed contract. The contract member, item, amount, and term must match the purchase request before access is activated.
Reversals revoke access
Refund, cancellation, dispute, or reversal contracts suspend the related entitlement. Duplicate contracts are idempotent and every state change is auditable.
Auction conduct
Bids are binding expressions of intent. Sellers may not bid on their own listing, members may not coordinate artificial bids, and a bid must satisfy the visible minimum. A reserve must be declared before bidding begins.
Purchases and trades
Do not exchange payment details, credentials, private keys, or confidential client material in forum posts, listings, comments, or chat. Use HGM’s authenticated transaction path and preserve the signed scope contract.
Delivery and disputes
Creators and buyers remain responsible for reviewing scope and acceptance criteria. HGM’s contract state controls platform access; it does not erase legal rights or replace professional review for high-value work.
Community enforcement
Fraud, deceptive provenance, undisclosed conflicts, harassment, credential solicitation, or attempts to bypass HGM settlement may result in listing removal, chat restrictions, revoked privileges, or account moderation. See the editorial and community policy.
