Trust architecture

Evidence before promotion.

agenticmarketing.tools publishes decision support for practitioners. Product claims, commercial relationships, community reputation, and member ownership are modeled separately so one signal cannot silently override another.

Verified facts

Pricing, trials, integrations, API access, security claims, and availability are stored with explicit verification states and review dates. Unknown values remain unknown.

Editorial independence

Sponsorship and affiliate relationships never change organic relevance, limitations, alternatives, or editorial conclusions. Paid placement must be labeled at the point of exposure.

Visible provenance

Published profiles identify the vendor, publisher, commercial destination, disclosure, review state, and confidence. First-party HGM products are identified as such.

Member accountability

Authorship, listings, proposals, bids, comments, stars, follows, and votes attach to a server-verified member identifier. The client cannot choose another owner ID.

Directory ordering

Organic discovery uses the catalog’s editorial and relevance signals. Sponsorship is never included in the organic fit calculation. Filters use AND logic across facets and OR logic within a facet; a required integration must include every selected integration. Unknown pricing does not pass a budget ceiling.

Corrections and product changes

Software facts change. Review dates describe when a claim was checked, not a guarantee that it remains current. Vendors and members may submit corrections with an official source. Material corrections are evaluated against the normalized catalog before publication.

Community voting and reputation

Members may cast one active upvote or downvote per forum post or comment and may remove that vote. Karma is the net score earned across a member’s public forum contributions. It is a participation signal—not certification, identity verification beyond platform sign-in, or proof of professional performance.

Marketplace boundaries

Commissions and auctions are publishing and coordination mechanisms. This release does not process payments, provide escrow, verify delivery, insure transactions, or adjudicate private agreements. Members remain responsible for due diligence, contracting, tax, payment, and legal compliance.

Moderation

Content may be locked or removed when it exposes private information, impersonates another party, manipulates votes, misrepresents affiliation, promotes illegal activity, or degrades practitioner safety. Criticism and commercial affiliation are allowed when relevant and clearly disclosed.
